First off, I want to give credit to "e" who posted this video in another group. Thanks, e!

It shows a tamed monkey apparently falling in love at first sight with a wild hound dog and the start of an incredible interspecies friendship.


Watching that video made me reflect on instances where I immediately felt a powerful connection to complete strangers who also felt the same inexplicable instant bond. These are rare but always unforgettable encounters and I have my own ideas about what exactly was going on each time.
